What should I wear to an interview for work experience doing a creative arty job? I'm going to an interview for work experience tomorrow in a company that wants people to work on flash animations. What I was thinking of wearing were some black casual trousers and a white top with a skull and guitar motif (quite small and not too in your face) on it. Why are South African government department employees not obliged to wear uniforms or respectable work attire? I was at the traffic department in Centurion this morning, total and absolute African chaos, what struck me as most disturbing at that department as well as home affairs and others, was that employees dress casually as if attending a beach party, they clearly have no discipline or work ethics and I ask, should they be obliged to wear certain uniforms or at least adhere to basic minimum standards and dress codes at their place of work?

It is a office and production environment and wearing skirt may not be that convenient. He told me one day. I have to wear ear protection at work but its causing sharp stabbing pains in my ears what is this? I wear internal ear protection (soft ear plugs that mold to the shape of the ear canal) its a new safety measure at work and last night I started getting stabbing pains which have been recurring on and off.
