Where can I find a cute casual wear outfit for a pageant?

I need a casual wear outfit for my christmas pageant. It can not be jeans it needs to dresspants skirt, or casual dress I am 13 and wear a size 14/16 in kids but i can wear small sizes in juniors

1. For the pants, i would try Delia's. and then try Hollister or A&F for the tops .! they have such cute ones & dressy ones too.
