What to wear to interview within the company I work for?

What do you think I should wear to an interview at the company I already work for? It's just for a different position in a different department, and I'm not sure if I should wear a suit or not. My coworkers would be suspicious, since I usually wear pants and a nice top most of the time.

5. i would say u don't want to look too fancy and u don't want to look too bad.i would say wear some black dress pants and a nice white dress shirt.and don't forget the shoes.its wat u were going to wear anyway just without the jacket and tie.because you want to be in casual dress attire without looking to eager.plus u already know them and work for the company,so you already hav an impression,i think its time for u to make a new first impression.
