- well if they are work boots and yo udont mind if they get messed up wet them and then wear them until they dry or do it in sessions it usually strethes the material . or they sell a liquid at most shoes stores that you put on the boot and it does pretty much the same. you put the liquid on the boot and wear it til it breaks in.... i kn ow i did it with my marine corps issued boots...not the comfiest boots around....
- Soak them in water (provided they're not suede) and wear them until they dry. They'll mold perfectly to your foot and be the most comfortable things you've ever worn. That always works for me with my work boots. Also, you may want to rethink Timberlands as work boots. I had a problem with a few pairs that I bought a few years ago. They had absolutely no traction, though they were made for extremely cold weather (snow and ice). I remember I was walking my dogs on a rainy day while wearing them and my boxer got really excited and pulled on the leash. I hit the ground before I even realized what happened. It was that my shoes slipped whenever the ground was wet.
- use them
- trade them in for a pair of herman survivors . the most comfortable work boot i have found for the price and i have been doing construction work for over 20 years . but if you insist on using your timberlines get em wet .
